What does this look like?
- In technical terms, each training session incorporates neurodevelopmental movement patterns and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization patterns, which help the body to move efficiently, since you are training your brain how to help you move with greater agility, speed, and precision.
- In practical terms, this looks like a training circuit built around 7 core exercise elements:
- Push, Pull, Hinge, Squat, Carry, Crawl, Correctives
- Each session is lead and coached by elite fitness trainers, who design each session to maximize your potential and ensure that you are using proper technique
