We are excited that as of Monday, June 15th the gym has been able to re-open! We are not currently offering in-person classes, but we are continuing our virtual classes and hope to add in-person classes back into the schedule very soon!
Performance Fitness offers a variety of classes per week, including: Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, and Functional Fitness. We offer classes from early morning to late evening in order to accommodate your busy schedule. All classes, except where noted, are free to our members.
Our instructors are highly certified experts in fitness and strive to create a classroom environment that is focused, educational, energetic, and motivational. Come sweat with us!
