Relaxation Massage: A smooth, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, improves circulation, range of movement and relieves muscular tension.

Remedial Massage: Is a paramedical treatment that helps to restore function to injured "soft tissues"(muscles, tendons, and ligaments). Therapy may involve the use of several types of massage.

Sports Massage: Combines different massage techniques to enhance sports performance and recuperation. An effective component of any training program.

Swedish Massage: Uses a firm but gentle pressure to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation. Swedish massage employs five different movements: long, gliding strokes, kneading of individual muscles, friction and hacking or a tapping vibration.

Deep Tissue Massage: A type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots.

Prenatal Massage: Focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be. Provides relaxation by relieving stress on the joints, eases neck and back pain, helps to keep good posture and relaxes and provides flexibility
