Yes. Our day pass is currently $15. This includes access to the gym and group exercise classes.
2. Do classes cost extra?
No. Your membership includes unlimited gym access, group exercise classes such as yoga, pilates, and spinning, and pool use.
3. Do I have to sign up for classes?
The only classes that you should sign up for due to limited space are for spinning and aqua classes. No signs up required for the remainder of the classes.
4. Will someone show me how to use the equipment?
Yes. Your membership includes one complimentary Equipment and Fitness Orientation with a trainer.
5. Can I add someone to my membership?
Yes. You may add an individual who lives in your same household for a discounted rate.
6. Do you have annual memberships available?
Yes. If you decide to pre-pay your membership for the year you will receive 2 months free.
7. Do you have corporate rates available?
Yes. Please contact our facility for more information.
8. What do I do if I lose my membership card?
You will need to purchase a replacement card for $10 at the front desk.
9. I will be out of town for a month. Do I still have to pay my membership dues?
If you will be out of town for a month or longer, you may elect to place your account on “freeze” for $10/month. We can only freeze accounts in month increments, nothing less than that.
10. How do I arrange for my equipment orientation?
Contact our front desk and they will schedule you with a trainer.
11. Can I purchase gift certificates for any of the services offered at Performance Fitness?
Yes. Gift Certificates make excellent gifts for birthdays, holidays and any special occasion. Give the gift of health. Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount as well as membership, personal training, massage and any other service that we offer.
